In
recent times Hyderabad has secured a prominent place in the industrial and
advertising arena. As a result, job opportunities for Painters, Commercial
Artists and Photographers have increased manifold. Many openings are being
created in most of the Government departments.
Graduates of Fine Arts are in great demand in Public
and Private Organisations. Hospitals, Museums, Publishers, Universities,
etc. are other important institutions requiring many qualified graduates
in Fine Arts. Students of Painting and Photography can make a career in
the Film Industry. Advertising Agencies are the central employers requiring
a large number of such creative artists. Career avenues are open in as diverse
areas as remote sensing to tribal welfare department, defense to doordarshan.
The college offers an ideal launching pad to pursue
advanced studies in related areas, either in India or abroad. These graduates
can take up the profession of teaching for which there is lot of demand,
either at school level or college level. Students with business acumen can
start their own enterprises.
The Industrial consultancy cell of the college is
a vital link between the industry and the college. It has taken many consultancy
projects from various public and private organisations. The work done by
this cell has been highly appreciated and the students involved have been
well remunerated. It has taken up many challenging projects mainly relating
to field publicity and public relation programmes and prepared exhibition,
display materials and art works for various purposes. |
